Looks: Wears a normal white lab coat in the lab, and usually the weapons armor when not simply strolling or working. Red spiked hair

History: Blitz grew up with his parents in the City like most people, but he always had an interest in reploids like the maverick hunters. He decided that he wanted to be like them, so trained to be a gear designer. it was perfect for him because all the gear he could design could be used to help the reploids, as well as be a little more like them. at the age of 15, he had made his first gear. it was his signature anti-gravity board, which he generously gave to Zero and the other hunters to show how much he liked them. of course he continued to make more gear, but because of his lack of materials, he never really made anything to exciting. but one day, some workers at the lab had given him the opportunity to be an official gear designer. of course he was happy as can be and was on the job as soon as he could be. the hunters were glad to hear this of course because they knew of his skill and were happy now that he could do better with better materials. he worked the lab for about 10 years, making spectacular gear including his weapons gear, which he liked to keep to himself. one day, he was offered the job as head designer. he was the best choice for the job as he had developed an awesome skill in designing gear. his amazing armors were proof enough of that.
